Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

The annual meeting of Hampton Neighbourhood Association members will be held online via Zoom. Please attend if you can, or submit a proxy to help us meet quorum requirements.

Dear HNA member,

HNA needs your support to make sure we have a quorum at our AGM. The meeting will be held from 7.30 pm–8.30 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 25 November 2026, and we would really like you to attend.

If you cannot attend, please submit a proxy form by 7.30 pm AEDT, Tuesday 24 November 2026 to help us meet quorum requirements.

How to nominate a proxy

You may appoint another HNA member who is attending the AGM, or nominate the Chairperson (Hamish Hughes) as your proxy.

Proxy forms must be sent to the Secretary at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Alternatively, completed proxy forms can be emailed to community@hna.org.au. You can download the 2026 proxy form (Word document) to sign and send.

Completed proxy forms can also be posted or delivered to HNA Secretary Judy Bissland, 4 Willis Lane, Hampton VIC 3188.
